When will my order arrive?

All orders are expected to be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks from the order date.

I placed my order, but have not received tracking information?

Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information. Please contact USPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point, it is out of our hands and all we can do is check the tracking number which we have already provided you with.

What is your return policy??

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 5 business days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement. Please provide your order number and the name associated with your order. Returns are accepted/exchanged for store credit only.
